The importance to be well organized and have a sound institutional base / organizational structure in order to position itself to accomplish the daunting task at hand for the sustainability

How each issue-based organization has learned and understood from each other and by simply modelling their approach to work, can help in spreading harmony and development in all places/issues they collectively engage with

Working inclusively in diversity is inevitable for Nepal’s development process – and diversity has to be turned around to make it Nepal’s strength by learning to work together and not against each other

Networking and solidarity building among existing women networks and organizations is very crucial and needs to be strengthened and build more solidarity with like-minded networks within Nepal, in Asia and around the world.

Invest on research and policy analysis to develop the knowledge base on women’s rights in Nepal and support the women’s rights discourses with more analysis and evidences

Invest more on bottom up approaches in organizing and capacitating diverse and marginalised women through systematic capacity building efforts and training/awareness raising
